Had a great experience with this family owned small business. My truck had a hose coolant busted had me rolling again within the hour! The son has 10+ years experience I can only imagine the father’s experience! Would definitely return if in the area for repairs.
I have used JB’s multiple times for semi truck issues/inspections and they have always been friendly and helped solve the problem.
Very satisfied with the customer service that I have received. Very knowledgeable and willing to help.
After dropping the car off to have an alternayor replaced i received a call stating the cost would be $8k to fix. I went to pick the car up and was charged $259 for diagnotic testing. When asked for a copy of the results. i was cursed and told i had the wrong f'ing one. Very unprofessional. They do not have an actual functional diagnostic tester. They have an auto zone tester that they charge a very high price to use.
