This is the sparkling diamond No annoying commercials from J. Brooks about having friends in high places that personally picks out every diamond. In fact, they dont have to brag out loud to get their business, because their unique rings speak for themselves. We looked at jeweler after jeweler when shopping for our engagement ring. Dissappointed I believe that consistent service is paramount to a good rating. This establishment provides good service if you are ready to make an expensive purchase; however, once the sale is completed and you have paid, everything changes. For example, do not expect to have any phone calls returned if you try to follow up on something you have purchased. Even if you stop in and your sales person is out, you will not be called when they return. This has happened several times and it is just not worth the aggravation. It's ... read more
