I would not recommend this closing attorney to anyone for a few reasons. There was a serious lack of communication prior to closing. He failed to transfer a security deposit to us at closing; when I tried to inquire about it (phone calls not returned), I eventually received an email from him. In his email, he refused to accept responsibility or offer assistance to remedy the situation. I actually had to go to my broker to fix this.
