Not a fan of the new dentist taking over for Dr Ecker. She is very dismissive when trying to explain the symptoms my daughter has been experiencing. They are already telling my daughter she can’t go there anymore even though she doesn’t turn 18 until January and that they will not be sharing any info with her new dentist. I understand it’s a business and things change over the years but as a doctor, she really needs to learn how to listen to her patients. Very disappointing.
Great experience! They are so friendly and my children love going there. Gentle with the kids and make them feel at ease. We will be returning! Thanks to everyone that works there!
