Joe, We are very happy with the recent service Alfred has given us. Our main circuit board and local display on our OmniLogic recently went out at the same time. We were leaving town the next day and were concerned about the pumps not running for the 5 days we were gone. Alfred came out within hours and bypassed the OmniLogic so we at least had water flow while we were gone. That was a huge relief.
