I hate more than anything giving bad reviews of businesses, especially local ones. It’s been over two years of trying to work with J Bradley and we still don’t have a finished pool, or a finished revised and updated bid with items removed. I have sent several emails to the owner, Joe, with no reply. Great customer service, very responsive!
I had been shopping around for pools for a while but when I found J Bradley it came to an end! Joe and his team are very experienced and were so helpful with everything from design, color schemes and layouts. Great prices and they kept me informed throughout everything. They made the entire process a breeze. They gave me my dream pool and backyard exactly how I visioned it start to finish. I will be back for my patio grill!!!
Our experience with J. Bradley Pools was excellent. From the moment we walked into the office to meet Cory and see his beautiful design to the finishing touches. Our project manager, James Broussard was prompt, professional and friendly. Our beautiful pool was completed BEFORE the given timeline. We could not be happier with this company!
Caleb was awesome to work with! Really accommodated to our wants and needs within our budget during the design phase. Jacob, the PM during closing of the build has very responsive, respectful and professional. Great crew to work with! Could not be happier with the result.
