One of the worst customer service/sales representatives I have ever come across in a jewelry store. I have been trying to get a response about an item without any success for the past week. They gave me a quote for an item and I asked if there is any wiggle room. I was told they will get back to me by the end of the day. I called back multiple times since then ... simple answer would have been a no or yes but if you call them they prefer to say we will get back with you but that never happens.
