Do better as a Doctor! The office staff is horrible!
I’ve called four times this week starting Tuesday for a prescription renewal to be sent to my pharmacy. I’ve left a vm each time. As of today Friday, my pharmacy still has not been given my renewal. I’m five days late taking my medication.
Terrible experience from start to finish, had a massive 12mm stone, somehow got assigned to this Urologist, never saw him in the ER or Office, or even spoke with him, yet he is very possessive of his patients. He was on call but on vacation supposedly; not allowing another member of the practice to take care of an emergency situation. Afer waiting 5 days in pain to get scheduled for surgery, I called a Urologist in Charleston SC, they saw me next day, had lithotripsy scheduled before I made it halfway to Charleston.
