Jim and his partner did an amazing job replacing my hot water heater when it started to leak. He was easy to get a hold of and always gave me a clear answer to my questions. When I called him, he offered to come the next day, but he was able to schedule it on another day that was more convenient for me. His price was fair, and he didn't try to sneak in additional fees at the last minute. I would happily recommend him to my friends and family who live in the area.

I needed to have the main water shut off valve in my basement replaced. The job turned out to be a bit more involved than I thought it would be. Jim easily took care of the matter. He did a nice job for a nice price and is a very nice person to deal with. I will definitely use him again. Highly recommend.

During a home inspection, root intrusion was discovered in the sewer line. Jim reviewed the sewer scope video as opposed to suggest another sewer scope like other plumbers I contacted had. This saved me alot of time. I appreciate his use of text message, it made communication way easier.

Jim and his brother came to service my 2 combi units. They were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were doing. They also took the time to answer questions on other things I was looking to get down. I will use their services again.
