We went through a failed round of IVF with one of their donors. Not a single viable embryo. Jbaby then raised her fee, and posted on their website that she was previous donor and never had any fertility problems. When I brought it up, they were defensive and claimed they had done nothing wrong. Then, Michael Lacoe lied to me in writing, twice, saying the donor had unreimbursed expenses when in fact he intended to take the money for himself. Lacoe can be charming, if a bit obsequious.
