I had bought a rebuilt stage 1 Tranmission for my 7.3 powerstroke from these guys. I did the install myself. Transmission made it 150 miles before it started having shifting problems. I called the shop as it had warranty on it, they were extremely accommodating and trailered my truck 2 hours back to their shop, where they diagnosed the issue to be a bunch of debris that had been dislodged in the transmission cooler from the previous transmission gaining 4 neutrals, and me not properly flushing it before installing the new tr... read more
I found them to be extremely honest and fair!!
They dont know how to tighten things down or put things back how they found em. I took my truck there and when i got it back and i found they didnt put a nut on my exhaust wich made a leak and they didnt put a nut on my transmission dipstick then i realized a few months later that they didnt tighten down my torque converter properly and that caused my clutches to go.
