Addison and his crew replaced our waterline this winter, and he made what was a very unfortunate situation a very pleasant experience. Addison is incredible at explaining how to best address the issue, and he was very attentive to us and fixed the problem right away. If anyone has an issue with the waterline to their home, I highly recommend using this company; they are the best to work with and are highly recommended by our plumber (Cranford Plumbing). Do not call around, just use Addison and you will not be disappointed.
These guys worked on our ruptured main line water pipes during the coldest days this winter right after the second blizzard. They did a great job! Worked fast, arrived on time, did all the needed inspections, and did everything neatly!! They are professional, responsible, and very knowledgeable. Also, we totally loved their positive attitude :) Definitely recommend them!
Addison and his crew from J.B. Ragonese did an excellent job for us, replacing our water supply line with no problems whatsoever. He arrived promptly to provide an estimate, explaining every step of the process from permits to completion. Then, they arrived on schedule to do the job with professionalism and skill. Highest recommendation, use these folks with confidence!
I could only wish that they have more than a 5 star rating, because they are truly with an 10 Addison and his team were absolutely excellent! Professional, personable, knowledgeable and detail oriented. The best part of all was that they did this amazing job without any disruption or demoing of our property.
