At first this company was amazing they installed pool and was very accommodating for the past 3 years. This company was a recommendation from All Above Masonary who did all the pavers front and back yards. This year a lot has changed with customer service. They sent out the usual reminder to open pool I called they placed a date of May 14th I received a call 2 days prior that they could not accommodate the date due to weather which is understandable they rescheduled for May 21st. Been using Chris and his team for 16 years. They built my pool and service it. I never have an issue getting help when I need it and it's ALWAYS a weekend! I always recommend to friends and family! The best!

I don’t even want a pool anymore after a horrible experience I had with this disgusting company.
I have never written a review. JB pools has be unprofessional and terrible to do business with. From the first time this company came to my house they were truly rude. They opened our pool, stated one price for opening pool and hit us with multiple other charges. The pool was opened and done with leaking water and broken valves, which I had to replace with another company. Gave us another price for cleaning which was told it was included in our price.
