John was our plumber when we built our house in 2004 and fixed many plumbing issues in our prior residence. He was superb and we loved him to death. John passed away in January, 2022 - most likely the reason for the negative review re John not calling Robert Dern back.
Had a serious plumbing problem, called and left messages twice asking for help.... Nobody ever called back. Never again.
