Needed a new hot water heater, requested several times but he insisted all it needed was flushing. I told him I don't want to have to call again next week when the flushing doesn't work. He said just needs flushing. So after he leaves still no hot water in my kitchen. My bank account is lighter and I have paid for exactly nothing. Call Bosworth not these people would be my suggestion.
