I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by JB Pest. Despite multiple visits and repeated requests for help with a severe roach infestation, the problem has not improved. I have tried numerous times to schedule appointments, but calls often go unanswered, and on several occasions I was told that technicians came when no one actually showed up. I made a called on 12/17/2025 at 3:10PM. The rep was very nasty who took the call. She’s not fit to be in that position to answer calls coming to the company. I had no services for the past 2 months( missing traps). The rep hang up the phone on me which is disrespectful. I called back & someone else picked up. This person was more helpful, but it’s too late to rate them a 5 stars. One bad apple spoiled the whole bunch.

Not reliable- one time the pest technician “called out sick” so they never came, although this things happen, I was never notified and was left waiting… next time they ranged the intercom once, and left without trying the second name listed under that same unit and didn’t try calling my direct phone either. Was never notified and had to wait a long time in the phone to get an answer about what happened.
