I called last week to have medical supplies picked up. Scheduled for yesterday NO SHOW! CALLED today and said yes I was scheduled for Monday. They would have delivery driver call me today. AFTER 5PM now and NO CALL! ALL these people want is your $$$ and when they know they will get it no more they could care less. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
insurance transferred us to this company AND THEY SUCK!!! No one knows what's going on and gives you a different answers. I am currently on the phone with the insurance trying to get the hell away from this company and file a grievance. Please if you do not have to do business with them please reconsider it is so not worth it!!!! Find someone better I personally recommend Active Style so much better!!!!!!
Due to lack of inconsistency with this company, I find it to be the worse company to deal with, especially since my autistic daughter needs her supplies. they stopped her shipments, never contacted me in regards to this. I call the company and all you hear is excuses.
Went in today to get a replacement tube and mask for my breathing machine and was told I could not get it there without having a prescription with you ......furthermore, I went online and to my surprise (NOT)! I can buy them all day long for about $6 on Amazon. Will never set foot in there again!! Very rude and unpleasant experience. FYI I know u have to have a script for the machine which I do have jst not with JB medical.... however had u heard me correctly I only needed tubing and mask not a nebuliser machine!
