First off…WOW! Their showroom is beautiful, well put together and the displays are great for someone who wants the visual. Alejandra was very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in with a few questions and she explained it amazingly without coming off as a salesperson..her customer service is top-tier!!! I can't say enough good things about this place! Everybody was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I liked the fact that all the people that did my bathrooms worked on their own specialty. Painters painted, installers installed. There was an overall foreman who supervised the work and made sure things were done right. Those kinds of things are really important to me. Loving my new kitchen cabinets and my luxurious bathroom cabinet with marble countertop. Definitely worth the $100,000. I would recommend JB Kitchens, Baths and Design anytime. Friendly staff and they are all about your preference and not theirs.
