JB Industries is fortunate to have some good team members. Rolando deals with repairs and I could not have asked for a better experience and education about our vacuum pump. A genuinely kind and knowledgable human being.
Had a problem with a J.B. DV-22N digital vacuum gauge that was out of warranty. I contacted my distributor where I bought it to send it back for repair. They were very reluctant to get involved and told me to contact JB Industries . Matt in repairs stated I need to go though my distributor for repair. After trying himself to deal with my distributor unsuccessfully he decided to take care of it himself.NOW THAT's STANDING BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT. Thanks Matt
