We broke down on a road trip and got our car towed to the closest shop which happened to be J&B. Zach started in on it as soon as it was there. It turned out to be significant but Bill worked with us to help us get back on the road as quickly as possible. They made the whole horrible process of breaking down out of state as smooth as possible.
I trust Bill and Zach more than anyone else when it comes to our fleet of veichles. Their prices are always extremely fair, quality is great, and they know when it’s worth spending more for a specific fix versus just trying to make a fix to keep you running on the road. Highly recommend this shop.
Bill and Zach are absolutely great to work with! Their customer service is top-notch, and they go above and beyond by offering to pick up and deliver your vehicle free of charge within a reasonable distance. Truly a convenient and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend them!
We have had great service on all our vehicles here and very fair pricing. This will be where we take our vehicles for all maintanence. They are very helpful and freindly.
