Called yesterday to schedule repair of damage caused by Lowes installation. Technicians called this morning on their way to house. Tested and replaced my damaged 240V socket in under an hour at a fair price less than quoted over phone. Techs were very professional and wrote ticket in support of my damage claims against dryer installation crew.
I called these clowns yesterday and scheduled someone to come out for service. This morning (10:00) I called to get a time window and was told someone would be over right after the job they’re currently finishing up. Someone called me around 11:30 and pushed the arrival time back to 2:00ish. I tried calling twice around 3:30, since they still hadn’t shown up, and got no answer twice. Had these guys over to hook up some extra circuits and deal with a problematic junction box. Extremely professional and courteous. Great team to work with. Will definitely call again for my next project.
