Disgusting customer service. Kept cutting me off while speaking, walking off, wouldn’t even let me describe the issue and requested repair. Wouldn’t answer any basic questions about brands, availability, pricing etc. Owner is ridiculously arrogant. Not sure how they’re still in business. Just ended up driving off.
No vallas nunca a este taller el dueño es una persona horrible trata mal a los clientes y los empleados, yo fui por un servicio que al principio me dijo que costaba 180 dólares y cuando terminó el servicio que ya iba a pagar me subió 20 dólares y encima me trató mal , nunca vallas a este lugar
wow definitivamente cambien ala persona que contesta el teléfono….. le tuve que colgar por qué tenía tremenda actitud- aprenda paciencia y deja que la persona hable.
El dueño, un señor alto es un falta de respeto. El empleado que me cambio las gomas me araño un rim. Cuando le hice ver el daño me dijo que eso estaba ahi ya. Extremadamente mal servicio y mal trabajo. Me dejo las gomas en 40 psi.
