Spent hours/days trying to fix my cart. Jim and Mike were kind enough to try to give some free advice over the phone to try diagnosing the problem to avoid the service call, but ultimately I couldn’t get it running. They had the cart picked up, repaired, and returned in a day. Great guys. Will use them in the future. Thanks
For anyone who knows nothing about golf carts like me - trust me when I say you have to trust and use Jim and his staff. I had someone else look at my cart and tried to up sell me everything they could and then ask for parts money upfront. I called Jim and he educated me beyond belief. He sent his man to my house to do a battery swap and found a problem - they took it back to their shop and fixed everything and returned the cart to my house for over half the money of the other guys and in a very quick turnaround. Called for a golf cart not running. A technician came to my house and identified the problem and said it had to be taken to their facility for repairs. The following Monday morning it was picked up. I called that afternoon for a status update and estimate and was told I would be called back. No call back. Tuesday morning I called for an update and was told I would receive a call. Good guys: have used them a few times and have been satisfied every time including recently where the fix was a beast but they stayed in it. Guys are great.
