Asked Lee @ JB Autos to book our high mileage Honda in for Service and MOT last week. She failed at first, Lee & the guys sorted the issues (2 tyres and a bulb) and retested the next day - she passed :) Great service and communications from the start, Lee's always friendly and cheerful. They've looked after this and our previous car since 2017, I really trust them to do a good job for a fair price too. Highly recommended from us.
Excellent service. Exhaust was making a loud noise. Booked in for 30 July but said to bring it down and leave it with them and they would try and get it sorted before as car was needed by weekend really. 24 hours later the new exhaust is on. A week before the actual appointment. Brilliant

Good experience buying a car from here. I needed a car urgently and came away with a great motor in no time. The car needed a new part for the windscreen washer pump a couple weeks later (no fault of the garage). Lee booked me in straight away and replaced the part under complimentary warranty with a genuine brand part from the manufacturer. Great service. Highly recommend.
