Wouldn't recommend this place to any women. Talking on the phone he seemed nice enough and in person it was totally different. Very condescending & annoyed, as if he didn't want my business, not professional at all. I told him I wanted to get a second opinion because the job would be over 2k (which is more then reasonable) & he got an attitude and tried to UPCHARGE my diagnostic from $110 to $130 when I picked up my car. He really lost my trust & I hope this feedback has him revaluate his shady & disrespectful attitude.
I fully trust this shop. Mechanic does not oversell; also honors his warranties
Recommended by a friend to go see Bob @ J and B. I knew we needed Brakes and tires. They also advised on Suspension issue that should be fixed. Great service and great communication on timing. Oh, and ask about the mangled piece of steel on the desk!
