I retract my previous post .after breaking down this shop was only one to replace both power steering lines.was geart full for that but .they are liars the owner says on phone today because I've been trying to figure out why they charged so much .I'm a old outdated mechanic but not stupid and can no longer work on cars due to health .but a week ago when called he said they don't charge book rates it how much someone works on something my job book time says 1.5 to 2 hrs they charged me 4.5 hrs then today said he talked to my ... read more
Was in town for work when I got a diagnostic code for issues with my fuel system on a 2016 Chevy pickup. My boss recommended I call J&B Automotive and I'm very glad I did! Luckily we didn't have to replace anything major as a rodent had just chewed through the sensor wire. Price was affordable and competitive, turn around time was exceptional considering they are incredibly busy, and the staff was great to work with!! We were traveling from Utah to the Oregon coast when my Yukon started to act weird. We found J & B by luck. Sheree was so kind and generous with her time. She helped us get an understanding of what may be going on. I’m grateful that she could help this mom and her kids continue on towards their vacation with some peace of mind.
While on vacation the starter went out. Got in and out in a jiffy. Super friendly and understanding. Would recommend in a heart beat as they are very professional and knowledgeable! Thanks again for the help!
