From the initial phone call, extremely rude person. I recommend Soundwave instead. They are much more competent and understand customer service. I wouldn’t let this guy touch my vehicle.
no bueno
Went to find some brackets that unfortunately he didn’t have, but had a bezel set that is difficult to find for my older car. Came back to get that later. Also helped out with some hardware he had sitting around. Understanding and straight forward guy.
Needed help to wire a dash cam to a complicated fuse box - JB jumped on it immediately - extremely helpful.
