Did me a huge solid. Tried to replace my starter myself, couldn't get a bolt off. Was kind enough to get the old starter out the rest of the way and new one in after the tow guys brought it to em, and charged me fairly for it. Stand-up gentlemen. Also serviced my grandma and did right by her.
Dropped my car off in the morning and was done by early afternoon. They worked on it quick and had good communication with me about what needed to be done. For the work it was a really fair price!
Had the worst experience here. Had my TDI in for installation of a new turbo and throttle body amd suspension. Waited about a month in total.. For my car to cone back bone dry on oil and it blowing up 10 seconds after picking it up from Brian. They assured me to my face they put oil in it and there was none in it after getting it home and having my diesel mechanic friend come to look at her.. they did my suspension and it came back to me clunking over every single bump in the front.
