Responding to you response: I just want to say we both know the truth. No one called me back on Christmas Eve, I had my cell phone on the entire time. Yes, the car had a lot of miles, when you first looked at it you said oh it should be good for a while. I just wanted you to be honest with me about what you did to my car. I am sorry to have to change my review from a 5 to a 2. I believe they mean well and want to help everyone. I had to take my car back 2 times. End result: I called at about 1:30 Christmas Eve. I was told they were getting ready to close but she would call me right back. Nope, no return call. And they closed before 2:00, leaving me with out a vehicle. I went at 6pm to pick up my car and it drove worse than when I dropped it off on the 17th.
J&B is a Awesome business! Jeff, and his son are so patient, kind, and goes up and beyond to get to the bottom of the problem! They are kind to all who come to their shop! God Bless them all in 2025 🦋
Have been here a few time for my cars and have always been happy with the work and the service. Nice people willing to work with you and so far have been very upfront and honest. Hard to find a good mechanic now a days but this place is worth a shot
