PLEASE GO HERE! There was some miscommunication on when I could pick my car up. They told me the keys would be in the car and I could pick it up whenever I wanted. I came after business hours because I work during the day just assuming that would be Ok- even though obviously that was a stupid mistake on my part. I had a crash out moment and needed my car, but It was blocked in and I tried to get it out anyways. The man was still nice to me and helped me get my car. They were actually incredibly nice from the start to finish.... read more
