Terrible customer service. Did not resolve my issue. Lied on invoice notes. Now GE has to send out a different service provider to resolve my issue.
Came out day I called. Parts ordered and came in same week. Came back for install same week. I lost no food. Very efficient, timely, pleasant. Will use again and highly recommend.
The repairman sent did an awful job and left my dryer unbalanced and wobbly. I do not recommend them.
DISCLAIMER: They *do not repair* microwaves. I was given this shop's contact information from another appliance repair shop in town, specifying "J & B" as a certified Frigidaire/Electrolux repair shop for the brand. Unfortunately my call was just after-hours; however I left a message w/ contact info & details regarding my issue (make/model & problem: dead microwave).
