We are very pleased with the work done by KC with JDS Appliance Repair Service. The appointment was easy to set up & KC was dispatched to our very rural residence, he was friendly & professional & was able to quickly address the issue with our cooktop stove. Called report issue send repair man out immigrant technician and had our stove knocked off and couldn't even turn stove off just kept getting hot had call police to get knobs back on. Than technician Casey Kang lying saying he's the manager and send him out and he lying didn't come fix nothing Can't even use stove cause knobs still not on tight
