Called report issue send repair man out immigrant technician and had our stove knocked off and couldn't even turn stove off just kept getting hot had call police to get knobs back on. Than technician Casey Kang lying saying he's the manager and send him out and he lying didn't come fix nothing Can't even use stove cause knobs still not on tight

Repairman tried to repair a 20+ year old Roper Washing machine but after a valiant effort, it had a bad transmission. The replacement part costs were way beyond a new machine! She passed peacefully! I've used this business before and highly recommend them and their business.
