The manager or U-Haul dealer is very rude and unprofessional. Was told something was done by them and they straight up lied. His boss had to get involved because he lied to the customer and his boss. Rude, yelling, swearing is just the surface for this guy. I would give -5 stars if I could. Would never go here again would rather get towed from anyone or anything else.
Been here for gas ,the store owener was very rude seems like racist, I just told him your display open sign was closed one day then I thought you guys closed and he strated yelling on me very rude behavior I wouldn't be go again never ever if my vehicles would be low gas or breakdown so it's better to get towed instead of fill up gas or get other services from this place otherwise you will worst your mood for rest of the day nd 1000% negativety ,this man would be good for only white people
Saturday night 10 PM - Called hoping to leave my motorhome at the garage to be fixed later and come back for. To my surprise and extreme relief, John said come on by - i'll be the only.place open on a saturday night, he checked it out, waited for it to cool off and took the thermostat out so we could make it home to Moose Jaw - now its midnight. Cost me $20!! Tow truck was going to cost close to $750. Heck of a nice guy and super accommodating!
Modest looking operation with a big heart! Next time I'm thru Craik SK again, I'll stop for a fill and say "Hi"
