Took my car here because of the good reviews and come to find out they took advantage of me. They didn't actually look at my vehicle as they said they only went off what another shop had told me and I had given this information when I called. I gave what codes were shooting off as well. They said they would need to take a look at it themselves to be sure, after paying $50 for them to look at it which was just them hooking up a machine. When my brother is unavailable, I visit J Auto Repair LLC. The service provided was truly exceptional in every aspect, and their prices are remarkably affordable. I strongly recommend them. They demonstrate exceptional honesty and do not attempt to take advantage of customers, unlike many shops and mechanics I've encountered in the past. My first initial repair with the shop was a rusted hard brake line & after the repair worked great. The before and after was incredible actually. My second repair was I got a tune-up done and now my car runs almost like new again especially with it being an older car. It was done in a timely fashion with great communication and the prices are really reasonable as well. Highly recommend!!!
Had a busted up suspension and they fixed it up perfectly and quickly. These guys are reliable and fair, they won't try to scam you by getting the newest fanciest parts around or try to convince you to upgrade on things you don't need and will instead just give you what you absolutely need for the best price.
