Receptionist was very quick with my check in. The nurse explained everything. Dr. Underwood has a very good "bedside" manner and explained everything at a level I could understand and didn’t make me feel like an idiot.
Dr Underwood is a very caring doctor and really listens to your concerns. I really like that he is non-surgical Dr and can give you other treatment options. The staff is also very friendly including scheduling.
Dr. Underwood has been great so far. He seems to have figured out my back issue, and we have a treatment plan. Hopeful things go well with treatment, but he has explained the various possible paths forward depending on how I respond, which is very helpful to know.
Everyone there is very friendly. And I will add also very knowledgeable. Dr Underwood is easy to talk to and answers questions. He is very friendly! And is professional at the same time. And I trust him.
