Worth going to. I went there based on the reviews posted on this site. I am so glad I did. I got a better value for what I was selling than anyone else had offered. The dogs are entertaining and the husband and wife are courteous , friendly and genuinely great to deal with. I definitely would suggest this to be the only place to go!
They are nice folks. When I sold my coins they showed me how they determined the value after I asked them to explain. Glad they are in town. The Chihuahuas were very cute, but a bit loud.
I was referred here by a friend of mine that had already done the footwork when she sold her Estate. She said these guys were the best in terms of service and payout. It is a bit of a drive from Medford, but there is where I will be doing business from now on.

I brought a few Morgan silver dollars in the other day. After traveling around the valley trying to get the best price I found that J. Austin & Co. Paid the best. The people who work there are friendly. They are not pushy and they enjoy talking with you. I will be coming back to do business with them. The shop is beautiful with antique furnishings.
