Very friendly people great treatment
Doctor was great and kind. Along with front desk. They attended to my mom very quickly. Unfortunately I did not like that the nurse did not wear gloves when administering shots. The Room, even though we were in the new ER, was dirty. Paper on the floor along with an ekg sticker stuck to the floor. It is very unfortunate to see where our money is going and we don't even have a choice.
I went in with chest pains and my throat was really red. I told them that I needed a second opinion that I went to novant first and they couldn't tell me what was wrong. It did not take no time for them to figure it out I was only there for 2 hours tops they took me straight back and got straight to work they listen to me like a real doctor should and they explained everything to me. they did their test and they came back with the results of me having extremely bad acid reflux and possible sugar diabetes.I want to say thank ... read more
Surprisingly short wait time. Drove 45 min to this one just based on the rumor that they take you in quickly, happy we did. Kind staff as well
