What a pleasure it was to meet Dr. Conrad and his staff at the San Rafael Hospital building yesterday. Dr. Conrad was personable and wonderfully patient with our many questions. He was forthcoming about the possibilities and options regarding the unique medical circumstances and we wouldn't hesitate to be in his care in the future.
Dr. Conrad was very direct, provided all of the pertinent details up front and was able to schedule my surgery (gallbladder removal) quickly. No complication during or after surgery and minimal pain. I appreciate that appointments did not take very long before and after the surgery. The process was extremely efficient, no needless appointments or unclear details. quick, to the point and done. I was feeling great in a couple of days. Dr. Conrad was great!
Will never go back he is rude and disrespectful.
