I had no air coming from heater vents. I had vents cleaned first with no change. JT came out and slowed the speed of the heater fan. Nothing changed. I live at Terra Lago Apts and they won’t let me hire who I want.
Jaime was awesome. He was quick to diagnosis the problem and get fixed. He is super nice and pleasant. Will definitely use them again.
The 1st time they came out after waiting 4 hours was told because it was raining they could not provide service. They just scheduled my appointment without even calling to see if I am available. The 2nd time they came out they were 30+ minutes late. Tech said he found 2 things in the attic of concern and wanted his supervisor to cone back out with him. I was told that they would call me to schedule, but did not receive a call. I called them and they scheduled for the tech and supervisor to come out on Saturday, 11-3. I waite... read more
11 months ago I called Jay to inquire about what type of HVAC system he would recommend for my home, he made a recommendation and I believed him, so he pulled out my old system and put in a new one and a more efficient system....., or so I thought, which in hind site seems to be a mistake. After receiving the highest electric bill in 19 years I called Jay to inquirer as to the "WHY" or what is happening?
