Took my 2005 Honda element ex in to get the Harmonic Balancer replaced i bought a new part from Amazon so they could install it they told me that it would be $145 for labor and to replace my oil filter and tonight when my brother in-law was fixing the radiator he took a picture of the harmonic balancer showing us that it was not replaced with the new one I had bought off Amazon that they never took the old one off and they didn't even tell me they didn't replace it or gave me the new one back.

Ripped off, paid for a new radiator, they just patched up the old one, I wouldn't have known if the A/C condenser rubbed a hole in the same place, was traveling to Grand Island so had no choice but t let them do the work
