We are in the middle of year 3 with J and R Property Services for snow blowing. We couldn't be more pleased. They consistently keep us updated by email as to when they are dispatching their drivers, even throughout the night. They have even surprised us with cleanup when it didn't seem like we had much snow. I feel it is well worth the cost.
J&R not only keeps my driveway super clear, but they let me know when, and how often they will be arriving, and all with the most entertaining professionalism. Their drivers come multiple times to ensure a completely cleared surface. They listen to their customer's needs and desires too! They are my knights in shining tractors.
J and R Property Services has done an excellent job of keeping my driveway clear in a timely fashion. Unlike with previous plowing services, they do not damage the driveway or lawn. I had a problem with my garbage can being in the way recently but was unable to fix it due to some mobility issues. Their driver went above and beyond to help me out and solve the problem. J and R uses email to keep me informed of when services will occur. I am highly satisfied with this company and recommend them without reservation.
