This company was sent to us by our home warranty so we didn't choose them. They came out on October 29, two hours after our scheduled time window. The day that they were supposed to finally come replace the parts on our heating system they said they could not come out because it was raining. It was misting at my house but was not "raining" like the technician claimed it was. I understand if it was raining hard with the electrical stuff but this was not the case. The day of install, it was poring in Fayetteville and Atlanta area where awe are located, and as weather predicted as far as we knew it was 100% rain all day, so all installs for that day and remaining of the week were rescheduled do to rain. Upon playing play back of call, when office staff explained apt availability, the customer hung up not the office. Customer service explained they set the install for Wed vut as that sch was not confirmed yet, the customer would be called the following week to confirm apt and time
If I could give ZERO stars I would. The customer service is horrible. They have been dispatched to our home 3 times to fix the same problem with our AC unit. It still is not working properly. I had an appointment scheduled for today, and after no one showing up or calling, I called and was told that I had no appointment scheduled for today. When I called again to get some clarification, the person who answered the phone hung up on me and then refused to answer any of my calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Repair work scheduled through Sears for my gas range. A positive experience from beginning to end. A representative called to confirm the appointment time would work within my schedule. The repairman called to provide me with an eta and arrived promptly. The repairman was courteous, knowledgeable, and very much about resolution and customer satisfaction.
