Contacted them for a quote for work we are doing at a school. John Gocke responded right away, but then I wasn't getting a call back to follow up. Kept trying to reach out, but no response. Finally today I emailed saying that I guess I need to move on and find a different company, and that we were very disappointed and would reflect this in our review.
