I’m not happy with them at all. I have always taken my vehicles into them but this last time they nickel and dime me for everything. I was informed by one of their employees that a charge would only be $50 after spend several hundred with them already and sure enough I see it is for a higher amount of $83. They didn’t honor their word and so I’m no longer going back to their location or recommending them to anyone. Not a great way to keep long standing customers with your company.
I thought I published a review here, but looks like I haven't. We have been taking our cars here for some time. We've got one older car and a newer car. We've had some issues with our older vehicle, but the awesome folks at J&L have always been thorough about figuring out codes and working for a permanent fix for the issues that come up. We had a code that kept flashing on our older car, but of course by the time we'd drive it in, the code wouldn't be going. These guys are rock stars and life savers. It's tough to find an honest mechanic shop with genuine guys. These guys have been a great help for me over the years and I highly recommend them for any service they provide.
