Jerry fixed my burst pipe quickly. I had great service from them for water heater and toilet repairs. Will always be my first call!
I called and scheduled an appointment 3 days ago Friday 12/22/23 spoke with a woman, she let me know they are closed on the weekends and would put me on the waitlist for someone to Come out on Friday if something opens up. She reconfirmed Monday’s appointment, assuring me to have someone come out at this time. I have surgery and won’t be home until the 1st. This is really upsetting. Really nice, family owned plumbing company. Roberta is very friendly and will get you scheduled for an appointment and my interaction with Jerry, owner, was equally enjoyable. He showed up on time and was able to answer all our questions before affecting the necessary repairs. Many thanks for a great experience and will be calling them back for any issues we might have with plumbing going forward.
J & K Plumbing has been my go-to for thirty years. Jerry and Ben are keeping the tradition going of reliably high-quality service established by Jerry’s father. Roberta is as friendly and helpful as ever. They are extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, always on time, and fairly priced. So thankful they are still around after all these years.
I want to join everyone else in their praise for J & K. I was already a repeat customer and I had a minor faucet repair—they swung by and fixed it in under 5 minutes. They're always next-level knowledgeable; and, when I went to pay, they waved me off and said: "You'll have something for us next time." Now, that is *old school* marketing savvy! They're right...with that combination of skill and generosity I'll remain a customer for life.
