I had my house windows replaced and Jay, half of the J and J brothers team, came out and measured my windows. When the windows arrived, 3 of them were significantly smaller than the original windows that were to be replaced. Strike 1. When he started the installation process, he quoted me 4 days, we are now sitting at the end of day 15, and the installation process still isn't complete. Strike 2.
