We do horses of any size as well as donkeys, goats, etc. We want customers to understand the importance of hoof care so not only you are happy but your equine family members are too! To achieve this goal we take time with you and we offer reasonable rates and flexible hours. Payment is accepted in many ways. We travel up to 3 hours away with the right amount of equine family members. Barefoot farrier only.

Called because had a donkey limping they came out and trimmed all five donkeys hoofs she had a abscess in a front hoof they are all doing great now can’t wait to have them back in 3 months to have them done again great service
J & J Farrier James McKenzie and Jayne Mone are the best barefoot trimmers available in the area. My horses stand absolutely still for James to trim. He truly has the touch. No drama no wild sessions just nice quiet trims. Both have improved hooves because of his knowledge. Jayne the "treat lady" has spoiled both horses. I look forward to each visit. Would recommend.
J&J Farrier services did an INCREDIBLE job with my horse and two donkeys. James' knowledge of animal behavior and his responses in a kind and compassionate way, made them the BEST choice! One of my donkeys was severely neglected and had lots of issues, they were able to work with her in one session to calmly fix her hooves with NO tranquilizers needed at all.
These guy's go above and beyond ! ! Friendly and compassionate. When they were too busy to come and check my horse they dropped by to bring me what my horse needed to help start the healing process. Spent extra time with me explaining my new horse's hoof issues and was patient with her when she was nervous. Absolutely my farrier from here on out!
