Alvin was prompt, patient, and very helpful. He answered all of our questions and ensured we understood all of our options. Working with him was very reassuring, and I would recommend him highly.
I hired Walter of J&J to help with a lead abatement project. I couldn't be happier with his work. He was careful and thoughtful from planning the project to finishing it. He looked for ways to make the scope of work smaller instead of larger; he was diligent and attentive to detail; he even fixed a couple issues outside of the contract. Moreover, his fee was appropriate for the work-hours involved. Next time I need work done I'll reach out to him again!
