First, I hate giving star reviews because the story is really what matters. Realistically this is a 2.5 star review but I can't select that. Took my 2019 4Runner here for a brake inspection and eventual replacement because I was feeling vibration under braking that I typically associate with warped rotors. i took my son's car for a smoke inspection. my son changed a cold air intake in his car which is not legal in california. when they did the visual inspection they should have told me that i needed to change it to the original before doing the inspection. for this reason when i reported it, it would not pass the inspection. but they passed the car in the machine and the car passed the inspection but since it had that modification they couldn't give me the certificate. so i took it to another mechanic to put the original parts... read more
Joe, the management of the establishment was very helpful. He explained the cost of a smog check, explained the problem and delivered a solution for the repairs, and the cost for the repairs.
Joe is awesome! I brought my RAV4 in that was having some headlight issues, and he took care of it right away. He also took the time to physically show me the problem, and tell me what was going on. Most dealerships will just talk to you, and they don’t take the time to show you the physical work. My dad has used this business for years as well, and we are both always happy with their work. Really generous and kind guys too, thanks J&D!
Finally found a honest and reputable mechanic. These guys did great work on my car!
