I had a disappointing experience with J&C Auto Repair Service. The mechanic was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. After paying the bill, I wasn’t even given a receipt—just a verbal claim of a “one-year warranty,” which felt meaningless without proper documentation. They charged huge amount for just 5–10 minutes of labor, and still didn’t provide a clear breakdown of what work was actually done. Overall, I felt overcharged and disrespected. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
