After taking all my cars to J&B, my husband's cars, my family's car, even my company has been using them for a few years, I am so disappointed in Ben and his business practices. I was in a really bad spot, I took my car in and they told me it would be $839 to fix. I agreed. When I was called to let me know the car was ready the kid on the phone said that if I pay in cash it would be just $800. I jumped at that opportunity since things are really tight right now.
