Let me tell u guys on today we had a rough experience with one tire on the vehicle we dealt with this tire for about 3 1/2 hrs we googled places that was close to where we was called different tow truck companies that had on their website that they change tires and found out that wasn't true at alll. I am a new customer. I was looking to replace my two batteries on my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica. A couple of family members suggested that I give J&B a call. I did and they gave me a great price for the work so I scheduled an appointment with Daniel. When I brought my vehicle in they took it right away and less than an hour later the work was done and I was on my way. I highly recommend this local shop. They did a great job without any issues. I'm sure if I need any other work I will be calling them!
I brought my car into the shop and explained to Ben what was going on…which was 2 dealerships involved, 1st trying to sell me on parts and deliberately left spark plugs loose to kill my engine or the mechanic was 100% incompetent?? 2 dealership not wanting to get involved with car as they did not do initial service, advised me that car needed a total engine rebuild, his advice was to have car towed to carmax and sell it to them!!
