I am a new customer. I was looking to replace my two batteries on my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica. A couple of family members suggested that I give J&B a call. I did and they gave me a great price for the work so I scheduled an appointment with Daniel. When I brought my vehicle in they took it right away and less than an hour later the work was done and I was on my way. I highly recommend this local shop. They did a great job without any issues. I'm sure if I need any other work I will be calling them!
I brought my car into the shop and explained to Ben what was going on…which was 2 dealerships involved, 1st trying to sell me on parts and deliberately left spark plugs loose to kill my engine or the mechanic was 100% incompetent?? 2 dealership not wanting to get involved with car as they did not do initial service, advised me that car needed a total engine rebuild, his advice was to have car towed to carmax and sell it to them!!
