Terrible customer service and utter confusion when I called in person the first time, specifically with respects to the staff (secretary) whom answered the phone…they did not reply to emails either, asked me to call, and when I did call no one answered, and no one responded to my voicemails….overall they seemed not interested in helping to start my personal income taxes, would not recommend!
I’m so glad I found these ppl. They put me at ease and handle everything so professionally. I’ll be staying with Robert from now on . I highly recommend him!!
